Based on Geddines original buff window. Includes both the main buff window and the songs window.
These windows use the default background graphics, small spell icons, are set vertically to exactly 15 buffs as 6 buffs. They are wide enough to read really long spell names (Brell's Mountainous Barrier and Koadic's Endless Intellect fit in full). Both windows are set to be completely transparent and non-resizeable.
