To move the containers, you need to click on the blank area to the left of the white X close button - the windows are resizable because that was the only way to make ONLY the title bar area to where you can move it (since verant decided we didn't need to lock our containers for some reason)
Window also made smaller by putting the text for the container in front of the picture of the container.
I'm not 100% happy with this mod, but the container windows are done in such a way that they are quite hard to modify.
