Group window with mana/endurance bars

This is a mod of the group window I use that adds mana/endurance bars and group assist icon. To keep it simple I left off the tank, puller and voice icons. I keep pet bars turned off. The code for pet bars is still in there but probably won't be pretty if turned on.

Seems the groupwindow and endurance bars might be slightly bugged. I seem to get first 2 players without endurance bars, rest with them. When put the option on , all players have them. But when i turn it of some are still displayed.
Nice mod tho , happy with the slimmed down window
