This is a set of the old/classic/pre luclin buff icons, and gems..these were made only from necromancer spells, so they may or may not work well with other classes..I have not tried.
The only problem I have found is that Lifetap dots(such as bond of death) just happens to have the same icon as necromancer heal, therefore the bond of death icon is a heal.

It works well 
Indeed many buffs have the same icon but that's normal.
I love those old school icons, it recalls me much things.
