WL Target Window, HoTT on top

Updated 2/24/09 from computer lab at school. I haven't tested it, but it should work.
This window is fully resizeable in all directions. The buffs have been reduced in size by about 2/3 normal size, and everything got smooshed together more to make it smaller! The buffs can be hidden by resizing the window from the bottom up.
I also have the same window with Target on top and HoTT on bottom, that can be found HERE

This is the best target window I was able to find for my needs after the SOD patch. It works nice and without any error messages. It is re sizable.
It has included Target't target so as soon as a group leader has this skill, no longer need to open additional window. It starts displaying TOT automatically.
It displays con colours of target as well as of TOT's.
It displays spell effects on target which I do not understand why other UI designers completely ignore to do. And this is VERY VERY useful already. You can see your group/raid members what buffs do they have and how much time is left. You can see dots and other debuffs on mob. And author re sized the icons so they take really minimum space and they are still recognizable.
Very well done, thank you much, I no longer search targets UI file!
