By the request of a fellow guildmate, I created this spellbar. It's a vertical spell casting bar with a special little feature... It has an animation that plays across the top of the spellbar (note the little red dot in the screenshot). The animation takes 6 seconds to complete (or 1 tick of gametime). Enjoy the new spellbar.
