Description: ** Update -- fixed to work after that 9.0c patch that screwed up health bars on alot of UI's. Works with default and default_old once again now. You will need to replace the xml file AND put the targetgauge.tga file in your custom folder. Tallie asked for a version with the con indicator highlight back on it, so here it is.
