I love this UI also. It is great. I moved the windows by stretching and unstretching them until they were where I wanted them.

I am having trouble with the stats/click/disc window. I have been away from EQ for a while and couldn't figure out how to toggle this window.

Im unable to move chat boxes around, also, my buffs window/bar is mostly off the screen to the right, this is with the recommended screen size.

I have loved this version of a Ranger UI ever since I found it at the beginning of summer '05. I have been waiting for an update and even tried the other one listed somewhere which required replaces alot of files to still have it not work tried over last weekend(nov5 and 6)... anyway fed up with everything I thought that I would check back today and there it was an update from Mav himself. I tried it at first and it didn't work but that was because I made my own ranger folder not Know that one would be created for me. As you can tell I am a very happy camper!!!!!!

If you check the thread at the top of the initial page of this section you will find a link to a thread that Mav supports. At or near the end (page 28) you will find a version of this UI modded by another user (not me!) that may well fit the bill.

The only problem I am continuing to have is that under the "alternate abilities" tab, where it shows my AA's and alternate experience bar, the bar seems stuck at 100% and it's not adding up my aa's. So they are stuck at "2"...but when I do my magelo update, it reads 5...so it's adding up, it's just not showing it.

This is a great UI! Mav, man I really hope you will continue to update this for us. I've been using it for 3 years now and I can honestly say I am completely lost when going back to the default! hehe Looking forward to the update.

I have a note for some posters above me. You must use the UI in the resolution he set for it or you won't get everything to fit. Secondly, in order to get the spell icons to fit the screen, you have to set them in the default UI. Move your spell icons onto the top, middle, botttom or wherever you have them, but you must put them about 3/4 of the way to the left of the screen. Then, when you click on your ranger UI, and select "Keep format", your spell ICONS should be set where you want them to be. I hope this helps some of you! Good luck rangers, and I'll see you on!

I am new to eq and uis in particular. I cannot believe how much some thing as changing my ui incressed my enjoyment of the game. Nice work dude. Every thing looks awsome, sure moving the buff window is a little difficult, but other than that this ui rocks. Just my 2 cp.

I also am waiting for update to this with the DoD expansion. I started using this Ui about a month ago and I LOVE IT. The few things I have seen on this thread that people ask I want to address or ask myself though. 1) window are moved not like using default UI. You have to expand by putting the arrows at the edges and then un-expand which would move it around. 2) I initially also had problems with this due to how I named the folder. I named it Ranger UI and could not get it to load...couldn't figure it out. Finally, I came across a post about not naming the UI folder with more then one work. I changed the name to ranger and went to EQ and ta-da...worked. 3) I also haven't a clue how to move the buff window while using Mav UI. I had to switch back and forth between default and Mav UI. I would move on default, switch views to Mav UI and if it wasn't in right position I would switch back to default...was really a pain but it was worth it.
