Tired of not knowing what each icon means? Then this mod is for you. It doesn't matter if you have started on your Alternate Abilities or your Dragons of Norrath progression. You can pick the size that fits your needs exactly. Can't make up your mind? The new, improved adjustable variant allows you to modify your max number of buffs on the fly as well as how wide the spell text is.
Features
• Version numbers now match expansion release.
• Only one adjustable size needed.
• Supports up to 42 buffs and 30 short duration buffs.
• Placeholders are numeric for primary buffs and alpha for short duration buffs.
• Option for having no placeholder is also available.
• Consolidated all file variants into one file download.
• Requires stretching into place (or using menu options) for placement.
• Individual files need to be renamed accordingly before use.
Shared Instructions
This is of great use if you have different UIs for each of your characters, but want to utilize some shared components among all of them. It will allow you to have a centralized location for the shared components, while allowing each character to have separate components of different types. Just follow the directions below for details on how to set this up.
• Make a folder entitled shared under the uifiles folder of EverQuest.
• Place all variants of EQUI_BuffWindow.xml in shared.
• Place EQUI_BuffWindow_Shared.xml into individual UI folder that will be accessing shared.
• Rename EQUI_BuffWindow_Shared.xml to EQUI_BuffWindow.xml.
• Future updates only need to replace the file in shared.
WARNING: You should never copy Default into a custom UI directory. EverQuest will automatically pull from default any missing files. This will prevent crashes if a required default file changes.
File Inventory
EQUI_BuffWindow_AdjustableLabels.xml
EQUI_BuffWindow_AdjustableNoLabels.xml
EQUI_BuffWindow_Shared.xml
EQUI_ShortDurationBuffWindow_AdjustableLabels.xml
EQUI_ShortDurationBuffWindow_AdjustableNoLabels.xm l
EQUI_ShortDurationBuffWindow_Shared.xml
Rename files to EQUI_BuffWindow.xml and EQUI_ShortDurationBuffWindow.xml accordingly.
When it says Turlo, you know it's quality!

Is there an easy way to move these windows? I have to keep switching to default so I can get them positioned the way I want them.
Edit: Bah, figures. After weeks of trying to find a spot to grab, I post here, then find one. =)

Don't fret. You aren't the only one who experienced that problem. Perhaps I should make it more clear in the message.

Looking for Horizontal but can't find ...
I always used many of your parts because they were compact, clean and highly functional, but I've searched everywhere for a clean horizontal buff bar and short duration bar made by you, but can't seem to find one. Have you only configured the verticals? Or am I having a bad day and just not seeing a horizontal version anywhere? Could be me ... but in the event you don't have a horizontal set of buffs bars, any plans to put any out? Love your work, I blab about it to everyone

Administrative Update
Updated the screenshots to show the new default spell icons. Also expanded upon the file description to cut down the number of questions that I receive. No need to download the new version if you are already using v5.00.00.

Turlo, If you get this and are inclined help, can you tweak your:
EQUI_BuffWindow_RightLarge25.xml (spell buff) and EQUI_ShortDurationBuffWindow_RightLarge.xml (bard buff)
windows so that:
1. the spell name has a clear background instead of the blue solid background and the font from black to yellow
2. change the numbers in the numbered slots from teal back to white
here is a link to your original file:
http://www.eqinterface.com/download...nfo.php?id=3990
Much appreciated and your Interfaces Rock !!

I've been using your buff package for years now, and I absolutely love it. 1 Problem though, when redoing my UI after TSS release I cant get the blue/red background to show up anymore. No matter what I try the buff background is clear.
