Yeah. I've had the same problem since one of the recent patches. No idea what causes it, other than it happens if you try to open your inventory window when a bag slot is not occupied..basically every time you die this happens as soon as you try to loot. The only thing I've been able to do is /loadskin default when I die, loot then reload the UI with this in it.
Maybe Fonceur might know since this mod is just a mod of his window resized and with the inv pulled off the tab.

Had a small problem with this mod. Every time I died in raid. I would crash as soon as I tried to loot or open my bank.
