Location Compass, for the directionally impaired
Okay, this is the ultimate compass for the Directionally impaired. I spent a lot of time getting these lined up so that the numbers are pretty much dead on.
How it works: (Open up the image)
There are three symbols that can appear under each geographic posistion, in two locations (x, y):
0, +, -
The Zero (0), means that this position number will not change, while heading in the direction your facing.
The +, means that this posistion number will increase, while you are heading the direction you are facing.
The -, means that this posistion number will decrease, while you are heading the direction you are facing.
So, if you need to get to location (1000, 1000) and you're currently standing at (0, 1000), then you need the direction that is (-, 0)... looking at the compass you can see this is South.
Hope this helps!
