Another skin along the lines of <a href="http://www.eqinterface.com/downloads/fileinfo.php?s=&id=3642">Ideal Caster Skin</a>

Like the other it is made of pieces from this site, and is designed mainly for casters, but a combat ability window has also been included. This skin is every bit as functional and OOW compliant, but features a different look. =)
