*Have changed the target window to include target buffs. The window is fully resizeable and the target buffs can be hidden. However if you want the same window without buffs and non-resizeable so you can drag it around easily, you can get it HERE.
**For those who prefer to have a Close and Minimize button for their chat windows, all you have to do is delete EQUI_ChatWindow.xml from the file, and it will revert to the old style chat window with close and minimize buttons.
***If you want to have the new spell and buff icons, all you have to do is delete the Gemicons and Spells files from the WLUI folder.
****If you are not a caster and require endurance, or endurance and mana for the player window, Download either my General or Melee Player windows and replace the Caster.
*****The color scheme I use in game is:
(right click window edge, window -> background -> tint color)
39-39-39 for /mp3 timer window
39-39-39 for potion belt
39-39-39 for player window
39-39-39 for target window
39-39-39 for chat windows
The rest of the windows I have set at the normal 420-420-420

This is a complete working UI. The general theme with this is to not have wasted space while still maintaining the Old UI feel. One nice thing about this UI is if you do not like any of my mods I have added to Halikens Skin, you merely have to delete the EQUI_Filetype that you dont like and it will revert to the old default window.
