This mod is 100% a compilation of other peoples hard work. I did not edit any of these files, merely compiled them. The standard basis for it is Emil 10.1, with a number of other pieces added over time. Other files include:

As mentioned by Myxiplx, if you zone while bandolier is open, you could crash. Should fix the issue with people crashing after rez with the old open bag inventory. Also beware of bags that are not 10 slot in bank and inventory. If you put an item in a slot that does not exist, it will pop up on cursor when you zone. If you put more than one item, you will likely lose items when you zone. If you try to remove an item from the slot without zoning, you will crash and the item will appear in an open bank slot.

Note that on the target ring, the orange is for delegated MA, and it interlocks with the normal color con target ring if you are on the right mob.

I use 1440x900 with this UI, and I cannot vouch for its performance at other resolutions.
