That's it! I couldn't for the life of me remember who posted the one I used as a base.
But, fyi ... yours you posted was broken to begin with. You did not include the JPG file that had the custom button images, so they never showed in the window. 
So, I just returned them to the EQ button look and made em work right.
Anyway .. thanks Sparxx for posting the one he found and redid .. so I could find it and redo it once more. 
And also, like he said ..... (Cannot remember the guy that originaly made this window and buttons, but kudos to him)
