I went ahead and did the mods on the files that were changed with this patch - if a file is not included in this zip file, it means it's not in my UI folder and I'm using the default UI's file.

Simply delete the updated files in your UI folder that aren't included in this and you should be good to go. Below I will tell you which ones to delete if you have them in your UI folder. ( If you want these changes to work. )

This is my first time doing this so forgive me if it's not exactly what you want, but it works for me with these changes.
