This UI is simple no backgrounds just buttons and gauges and they are custom. The windows effected in this UI are the following.

Hotbutton Window
Combat Abilities Window
Pet Window
Target Window
Player Window
Group Window and Selector window
Cast Spells Window (No custom buttons just no background)

Those are the windows of my creation, as for other changes the map is that of anothers I found on this webiste and the spell book.
