I have been using "Robust Target Window" Authored by Serveus for some time now and only found the lack of "HoTT" to be lacking so i modified it.
Where Serveus has "My Hitpoints" as a green bar below the "Targets Health" I changed it to be "HoTT" since i have "My Hitpoints" in the player window anyway.
Hope this works for others so far I love it.
