Added a transparent ring for Ariania's Tribal 3D targeting ring for use with the new con system with TSS. Grey was too similar to white for my tastes so I went with her design with no color.

Rings will now progress in the following manner:
Transparent > Green > Light Blue > Blue > White > Yellow > Red

This is an Addon/patch for Ariania's Tribal Ring. You must have that targeting ring installed for this addon/patch. Just copy these files to your UI folder.
