Fixed a frame that caused Yellow Con to "wobble".

This is an animated spinning ring utilizing frames that also displays "con" colors.

It is made up of 3 concentric spinning rings. The circles are divided up into 4 pieces by knives pointing inward to the center.

Both the outer and second circles are a fixed color. The second circle does have con indicators attached to it.

Con color shows at target's feet as the 3rd circle.

This ring is identical to the original Questers' Battle Ring except for a con indicator that has been added as an outermost "cloudy" ring.
