This bar is for higher resolutions. I increased the size of the button and increased the font so they are easy to read for blind people like me. I also changed the button backgrounds to be a solid black to make them easier to read.
The 4th bar is not pictured, but it's the same as hotkey bar 2 and 3.
If you like the hotkey bar, but want the default grey colors on the buttons, then simply do NOT move the window pieces tga files into your directory.

Feel free to make any modifications to suit whatever your needs are.
