I took a look at the SARS ui as it was and it seemed broken.

- Fixed the bank windows classic and compact by adding the 5th and 6th shared slots.
- Fixed the Chat windows so they could be tabbed and moved around.
- Fixed the spacing in the player window to add the . and %
- Added support for a "Overlord" window that doesn't appear to be in the game yet? I haven't played since ToV launched so I don't know what its for.

Let me know if there is anything broken. I don't support this UI but since someones requests went unanswered I jumped in to help.
