Added rest timer per request.

Added 2 more types, you will have to rename EQUI_PlayerWindow_hybrid, EQUI_PlayerWindow_caster, EQUI_PlayerWindow_melee to EQUI_PlayerWindow.xml
Hybrid will display HP,Mana,End
Caster will display HP,Mana
Melee will display HP,End
No changes needed to be TBS compatible!

Casting bar
Could you make a version without the casting bar? I love the setup but having the casting bar messes with my target window that I use.

downloaded it and tried it as only file in a ui folder seemed to work fine for me.
Also will look into updating the Group window.
