Description
A while back I grabbed the Delta3_Spaghetti_Remix UI and have been editing it ever since. Many thanks to the line of authors leading to that mod (I'm sure there are many).

It is designed for a 1280 width resolution and the INI's are currently for 1280x960 and 1280x1024.

Some newer features:
HotBars 2,3, & 4 in a tall slim easily movable setup
9 spell gems, hybrids with spell gems and 4 discs, melee with 8 discs
EQ Menu added below Hotbar 1 along with the Settings buttons for each of the 4 hotbars (small buttons below HB 2-4)

As I don't play hybrids or melee, there may be some bugs with those so feel free to email me if you find any.

Install:
1) Copy/Rename the UI_ClassType_Server.ini file to UI_YourName_YourServer.ini and place it in your main EQ directory (you should backup your old one incase you want to switch back).

2) There are two files that need renaming for caster/hybrid/melee. One is the target window and the other is the combat ability.

3) Delete EQUI_ChatWindow.xml to get back the chat title bar. Clicking where the type shows up is a good place for moving the chat windows and getting to the menus.

Lastly, this is my first upload so please be gentle if there are problems.

(9/24/05): Added drag animations so item images should not appear as pearl necklaces anymore.

(9/28/05): Added 1280x1024 to the INI files (will no longer maintain 1280x960). Made the Raid Window more compact and user friendly. Found a more compact Dynamic Zone mod and included it along with a nice Tradeskill mod and a compact (with small font) ItemDisplay mod (I take credit for none of these).

(10/12/05):
Added horizontal bank with inventory bags (could not add auto-inventory because of hard-coding from SOE).
Added Tribute timer to EQMain window in bottom left corner (Could not add Activate/Deactivate buttons because no EQType for those but at least timer will let you know if tribute is on/off.)
Added Left-Aligned buff windows for Long and Short buffs. You will have to rename the LeftBuff_* files to replace the current ones. Note that because of the way the animations are set up, the blue'ish background behind the buff names must be the same for both windows so if you have a Left and a Right, one of them will not look as good. Also, because of the hard-coding buff icon alignment, Left-aligned buffs can be clicked off ANYWHERE along their "row". The right-aligned icons are shrunken so that only the icon and a bit of the buff name will work for clicking them off.

(10/3/06) - The Serpent's Spine
INI files are probably out of date. I haven't tracked the changes and don't have time to maintain them to be all-class friendly. I'll try to check the released thread and will correct bugs if you find any. Good luck.

(10/6/06) - Bug fix
I added the graphics for 25 buffs and cleaned up the buff window xml a bit. Most of my recent changes since PoR were to make things more minimal. I am contemplating making it less "graphic" and cleaner by changing the coloring/edges on all of the windows. This will take a long time should I decide to do it.

(12/29/06) - Not sure what all was wrong with last update. This at least fixes missing textures (pearl necklace problem). This is just a zip of the directory that I currently use and have noticed no problems. Please respond in the release thread if you find any and I'll try to fix them ASAP.

(12/14/07) - The Buried Sea update. I've done a quick fix to get it fully functional which include:
- renaming the inventory slots to allow for PowerSource (it's currently in an
awkward spot in the inventory window, hope to fix it before too long)
- added short buffs 12-14 (not sure if they work yet since it's a pain to get that many up to test it)
- added Corruption resist to inventory and "player" window
- hopefully added all dragitems to avoid the "pearl necklace" problem
- added Alternate currency tab to inventory window
- remove Guild window from directory so it'll be the "default" one with custom graphics now
- removed the "R" toggle from tradeskill window since they removed it (it's available in options General tab, expand window down to see it)

(8/14/07) - Pre-LON update
I added some Textures/Animations to EQUI_Animations.xml to make it compatible with today's patch.

(11/18/07) - SoF Release
The only real differences for this expansion come in the Loot window and the additional spell gem. I just deleted my condensed loot window so it will now use the default one. I originally added a loot window only so I could loot my corpse without having to scroll. The new Loot-All option makes it somewhat pointless to bother with a custom loot window. Also, I've removed the SpellBook from the Cast bar and added a 10th spell gem there and TEMPORARILY relocated the spell book icon to a TINY one just a bit to the right. I am thinking about making the graphics more utilitarian and removing some of the angled/streamlined styles to make it easier to modify windows.

This release is not hybrid-compliant yet with a 10th gem. I've only updated the caster-only window. If you want a hybrid window with a 10th gem, PM me so that I know there is interest.

(9/3/08) - Voice Chat
Although it appears the Voice Chat is only marginally (at all?) functional, I relocated the volume button from the player window to the casting bar (mirror of the tiny spell_book button). Everything at least loads now although their current Voice Chat windows are very very buggy.

There are probably some other changes that are included in the latest version but I haven't been actively developing so I wouldn't know what they are. Good luck!

(9/4/08) - Melee
Moved discipline timer to the Target window (where the casters have a small casting timer gauge - opposite the mana/endurance gauge). Added the VoiceChat volume button to the melee CombatAbility window.

(9/6/08) - Melee
Fixed the color changing code for Melee's Target Window (finally).

First, I'd like to thank you for picking up this UI and fixing it.

Couldnt find a thread in the released section, so going to make a couple comments/requests I hope the mods don't mind.

It would appear there are only 18 buff slots and 6 short buff slots in the UI, I copied the old files from Delta 3.0 Spaghetti remix over and it fixed it though.

It seems that items with DoN icon graphics appear as cloth necklaces, elixers of replenishment do as well. I'm really not sure if this is a problem with the UI or not, but my thundercrash girdle looked fine until loading the ui.

Also, the HP/Mana numbers to the left of your target's HP bar, do not display 10,000+, it cuts the numbers short. Could the pure melee version also have endurance instead of mana there? It's just a 0 for me.

One last thing, could Pure melee/Hybrids have the range slot, instead of the belt slot next to the main hotbar. (Bottom left, under primary weapon slot)

I'll respond here since elsewhere would be confusing. Posting this to EQInterface was an afterthought so I left it as it suited me but I'll try to update it for the general populace when I have time.

I'm currently at 18 buffs max and generally have less than 4-5 short buffs so I kept it small but will definitely up the maxes.

I've noticed this as well and have never looked into it since it doesn't bother me. I imagine it's a small fix so will look into it.

Heh, I never have 10k+. There's not room for 10k+ there so I'll look into a different window/location for those numbers.

Sure thing. I was just lazy and a melee-hater. I'll swap those and add a Melee_EQUI... file for the next update.

Sure. You just change one number to make that switch. Belt clicky was handy there for me. I'll switch it back to range.

vertiacal spell bar

While I know it takes up space I haven't gotten used to this horizontal spell bar, personally I would rather have the small virtiacal one that came with Delta4 and put my stats/resitances back in place of the spells that are on the Delta3 UI. Anyone working with Delta4 or DeltaX to upgrade those UI's?

Hey i loaded itup and said items r fixed but my potions form DoN still look like necklaces.

Please post what specific items still look like necklaces. I checked Healing Potion X and it comes up as it should.

Problems

Well i downlaoded it just now cause said fixed the animations and my potionsf rom DoN still look like necklaces.....and on top that those UI files were u put UI_Charname_server.ini dont do anytihng i put it ona nd it didnt place the windows...can u fix these please. besides those problems awesome ui bro

I love this UI I just have a few things is all. Specifically my double XP potion I got from the 6th anniversary looks like a necklace its the only one I've seen that way. I play a wizzy and with the pet window having all the stats and cool stuff like that gets tiring of hitting alt F1 to bring it back when my pet goes away all the time, maybe could put all that stuff on like the 4th hotbutton bar or something. Also for the song buff window could it be possible to be put on the left hand side and make the words and stuff come out from the left. Just a few ideas is all, even the way it is, is an awesome job bro. Keep up the great work.

I have a updated .ini file to make this easier for people that want to download Fazors Delta UI. This INI is completely put together. I will post the download link tonight. I recently submitted it so It's pending approval. I will edit this with the link when It's ready Here is a screenshot though:

Sizing is off on the group window and/or the piece above it that is supposed to match. for the melee only.
