Same as Transcendence UI v1.0 except that this one uses a horizonal buff bar (that i personally think works better overall). I just throw the peices together, i wanna thank Sars and the many other authors of the little bits and peices that helped to make this UI possible! TY!

Made it so the buff icons are circled with a red or blue layer depending on if the buff is helpful or hurtful.

i'm running 1024 X 768
The only problem i have so far, is the buff slots, how can i make them fit my screen? Otherwise, this is a great UI for me!
