I uploaded my Potion belt before but I was never happy with it. Was too cluttered, so I abbreviated PTribute (PT), PTrophy (PTT), GTribute (GT) and GTrophy (GTT).
I also made (PT) a button that will open your Tribute window, it always opens in the same spot unlike the Alt-U command where you can adjust where the tribute window will open. Have not figured out how to make it open where it was last closed from.
