Heres my first attempt at a UI modification.

Its a Horizontal Hotbutton which includes HP/Mana (numbers not gauges), XP/AAXP gauges, Stats, Saves, and 6 Quick inventory boxes.

The Quick inventory boxes are as follows

PRI -- AMMO -- L_FINGER
-------------------------
SEC -- INV8 -- FEET

There are guides on how to change these in the forums. I have marked there locations in the UI as Follows so you can search for them more easily:

TOP_ LEFT, TOP_MIDDLE, TOP_RIGHT
BOTTOM_LEFT, BOTTOM_MIDDLE, BOTTOM_RIGHT
