I modified Desideratus's "New World Target Window" to be up to date but got rid of the Vchat feature.
The tar1 TGA file is needed for the mob con icon to display.
The EQUI_Templates file is included in case you haven't already updated yours from the default file.

First of all thank you very much for this target window, I enjoy the small icons. I just find it difficult to get used to the icons above the target/HoTT.
Unfortunately I don't have the knowledge to adjust this myself. Is it possible to make a reverse version where target and HoTT are at the top and the small icons underneath?
