Updated this Tking spellbar to 12 slots.

-----------------------
-Changed image format from TGA to DDS. EQ compresses TGA files in a way that makes them look pretty bad. DDS will have much better quality in game.

I must be missing something. I tried just unzipping the file above to a new folder in my EQ directory and then loading it. It did not work. EQ loaded the default instead.

Even though the instructions say to install the original, you don't need to. But if you do, just overwrite the XML file with the new one when it asks you if you want to replace it.

I downloaded as per instructions however I cannot seem to get this to work.
First I downloaded the "Kuvasie file" (even put in a new empty folder) then downloaded the "Darkmatil file" and unzipped to the created folder. I just cannot get this to work.
What am I missing here?
