Update: Now compatible with the 2/15/05 patch, shows the in game mail icon

this can be used in any ui that uses default textures. made so that it wraps around the lag meter (the green thing with the numbers that lets you know your about to go LD)

have seen one or two that wrap but never at regular size so here is mine
