Description

You all played diablo 1 at some point... come on admit it...the full screen map was kinda cool.....

Displays the map over your entire screen when the window is open
Can pan and zoom on the map window, click through every where else
Stands alone and should work in other ui's

Should mention, the map window was from Tablets Map Seperated i moved the buttons changed the size and stuff

Added an atlas version....the scroll bars dont work well buts thats sony's fault
when you click them it goes stright through to the map, so use your mouse wheel
image doesnt show it but i added the current button

How to use the Tabbed atlas versoin
the buttons page has grab space for moving the map around and zooming with mouse wheel, the atlas page will always pop up outside of the window at 70,70 by default, instructions to change enclosed
move the window behind the atlas section you wish to click, otherwise you will click through

Known Bug- if you reload your ui several time the map will stop displaying unill you zone....i think im the onl one here that has changed his ui 10 times within 5 mins so i think you will be fine

Is there anyway to change the color so your not black. I like this map alot but its hard to see yourself on the map at times.

You can set your maps to much more easily viewed while transparent. Also check out the downloadable maps that are made this way.

Question

I like this map window a lot.. The only problem I'm having is that I can't seem to find a way to change the fading. no matter what I've tried, I can only get the tool box to either fade or not, and it doesn't appear to have any effect on the map window itself. I'm hoping I've missed something somewhere because like I said I really like this mod, but with the map transparent all the time, I can't see much

as far as the height filter thing, if those are the only zones you have an issue with, i would dare to say it is a problem with your map or somthing....

to scroll map with mouse put cursor over empty spot, the same one you use to move it, on the atlas version i use the upper right hand corner, lower right will work in between scroll bars, place cursor over atlas to scroll atlas down

the secret to making it click through: it will only respond to clicks within the limmits of the window, i set the render area's relative position to false, meaning the x/y locations and with are from the top left hand corner of the screen, not the window so it will always display when the map is open just not always within the map window

oh btw to make the map respond to your mose the window also must be within the render space, cuz you will click through it any where but the map window

I will work an a more easy to use version, might put atals on a tab or somthing

I dl'd this and used it for a week or so...
After a bit, it quit working correctly. It was like the hight filter was on when it wasnt. This was happening in MPG and RSS, zoning didn't change anything and MPG is pretty close to level, so hight filter should be an issue anyway.

Also, you said that the scroll buttons wouldnt work only the mouse scroll button. What I found out is that the mouse scroll moves my camera PoV instead of the map and I can only use the buttons on the map to enlarge/shrink the map.

I REALLY liked the click thru nature. What did it take to get that, or are there other maps which have that feature?
