Hushed's Horiztonal Hotbar w/ player stats, melee and caster are files. This layout was originally posted on The Safehouse when the xml based UI came out. I've updated it many times, but thank you whomever you were for the original layout.

Instructions: Unzip files, rename meleeEQUI_HotButtonWnd.xml, or casterEQUI_HotButtonWnd.xml, to EQUI_HotButtonWnd.xml. Place into your custom UI folder.
