Fixed to comply with DoDH.
Group window has large pet health meters so pets can be easily targeted for heals.
I couldnt find a UI to suit my needs so decided to search through the Interface Peices and find those that worked well. I liked the result and decided to put in some work to clean everything up and make it look more like an integrated whole. I resized most of the windows, moved some things around, and made everything look like a uniform whole but most of the credit for the guts of this UI should go to the following people:
Novbre - Pet Window
Turlo - Buffs, Songs, Player Window, Target, and HoTT
Diselle - Group Window
Lothay - Combat abilitys
Drakah - Window Graphics Peices
Newly tweaked! Some slight changes to many but not all components.

It should work as soon as you enable the HoTT feature.
There is a separate target window for the HoTT bar and on my system its default location is bottom left so check to see if its hidden by another window.

The only real thing I don't like about this UI combo is the redundancy of your hp/mana in the group window and the stats window (that you can't close as far as I can tell). Other than that, I think it's pretty decent
