Ok I put this in Target Window section but it is a player window but is a copy of a target window. I found it somewhere (i honestly dont remember please contact me if you find it , and moved it to the player window so it will blink. It gives both player and target info with percentages and players with pet and casting guage. Added an attack Indicator to fit my window better.

Its still a little rough (i call all my stuff rough ) but its still works fine.
If you upgraded it or change it in some way please contact me and leave my name in it so please place that you modified it.

Iv only made a moderat change to reflect the addition of percentages to the default Player Window
