23 Buffs max now instead of 21?

Are there 23 Buffs available now... Seemed to notice on my Default UI :( that I had 23 buffs active at one time.. Can anyone confirm?

I've never really paid attention before, but the default UI actually has coding for 24 buffs now. Maybe they always have an extra, but it must be at least 23 now.

Thanks for the info, Tablets will need updating as I believe it is set to display only 21 currently.
