Problem with custom loadscreen

Then I loaded it in all three different ways, and it loads fine but when you see it in game..its all matted down and speckled and of horrible quality. I created this thing in photo shop, but obviously my colors are off or something.. Any help guys?

the blurry / faded look is resulting from the Gamma setting you are using in game. The higher gamma you use, the more faded it looks.
