Anyone know where this can be found? Had it on one of my comps but deleted it on accident and can't find it again. My note window is missing now, help!

must have been fixed by VI in recent patch because I never downloaded a 'fix' and it works...

You probably just need to add an include for EQUI_PlayerNotesWindow.xml in EQUI.xml.
