.ini file doesnt exist?

I have been trying for a couple days now to download the wc3orcish complete set. When reading the instructions, I can't seem to find the UI_YourCharName_Server#.ini file anywhere. It doesnt appear to be located in the file to be extracted. Can anyone Please Help! I'm at the point where I'm lost.
