I just want people to know that stepping into the realm of naming a character that is well known or copyright (I dont know if there is a past tense term for copyright i.e. copy-rit?) name is filled with a great possibility of being petitioned, so don't don't throw a fit about 'no fair why are you picking on me.' approach. Something to consider indepth.

I applaud your commitment to fair play, I for one would not petition you, but it does happen.. saw a Snoopdoggydog on Zeb the other day vanish, seems he was summoned to 'CSHOME" cuz he was not reply to tells.. (thats what his group members told me) didnt stick around to see what he became.
BTW I have a Druid named "Kloro Phyll" soooo i totally understand.
