Is there anything like this for public use that is for purchase? I am trying to learn xml, but all the tutorials i look at seem to only talk about documents, not graphics, so it's very difficult to understand what i am doing..
I only want to make small changes in some of the mods I see, but when i've tried to load what i've done.. won't load.. so I'm missing something that I should be doing....
Can't wait to use something like this though.. bravo to you for undertaking such a huge task for the sake of helping others... It's so nice to know that people like you are out there!!
