Do you mean where the HP gauge itself changes color, or are you referring to the little square or bubble that some people put next to group member HP that changes color?

Both have been done. If you want the HP gauge itself to change color, check the coding in Enoks UI v8, in the pet window's gauge coding. It's color changing.
