Had no really good ides coming up so after some 'forum browsing' it hit me.
Thought to supprise you with a targetindicator (3d targeting) for your UI =)
It has the same Celtic inspiration.

Download - 3d target ring' here on EQinterface.com when moderators have checked it.
The 'arms' will be rotating CCW and the fog / boarder change color to the 'con' color.
