Default Gah...something is missing and I have no clue how to fix it..

The following is from my UIErrors log

UIErrorLog created at Wed Oct 02 01:58:27 2002
[Wed Oct 02 01:58:29 2002] [Line:5 Source:UIFiles\abattoir\EQUI_CompassWnd.xml] Couldn't find class:item 'A_CompassOverlay' reference in FieldParseItemOfClass()

[Line:19 Source:UIFiles\abattoir\EQUI_CompassWnd.xml] Couldn't find class:item 'A_CompassStrip' reference in FieldParseItemOfClass()

[Line:33 Source:UIFiles\abattoir\EQUI_CompassWnd.xml] Couldn't find class:item 'A_CompassStrip' reference in FieldParseItemOfClass()
[Wed Oct 02 01:58:29 2002] Error loading skin: loading default skin instead.

I got the exact same error when I tried to load Rombus's advanced skin also. I tried deleting all my UI folders and files and repatching and reinstalling the mods...but it didn't work. I even tried tossing in a compass mod hoping it would have the missing items (wtf those are)...no doing.

Help please...I don't think I can play EQ without my mods =P

What that is telling you is that in your "abattoir" directory, "EQUI_CompassWnd" mod:

'A_CompassOverlay'
'A_CompassStrip'
'A_CompassStrip'

are listed in the (pieces) section at the bottom of that file, but it can't find those in the main section of the mod.

I got it fixed. Evidently last patch VI put the Compass info in the EQUI_Animations.xml file as well...so I had to edit the mods version to include it.
