Ok this is a newb question. But I am trying to get a target window that will allow me target something and also see what it is targeted on.

I have tried numerous times to get this is work and I think that this is what it is supposed to do with no luck.

Doesn't it require some sort of leadership AA to be able to view the target of a target?

Aye, either Group or Leader AA, and have to be in a group/raid.
