Working on Emil's player window
I've almost got it back to working well, but I can't figure out how to remove my name and move down the OOC indicator.
Other planned hacks to it during next free time are to remove the AA/XP bars and just have %s showing and put in personal and guild tribute timers.

All better...got with and without tribute...with tribute is a little bigger...I just added at the bottom.

Target and group windows updated...let me know if things don't work...
Voice icons not changed...I don't use em and hard to guess where they land heheh...code is in there if you want to update yourself.

Sorry...had some bugs in group window...thanks Samaritan fer the fixing
Rumor has it that the target window is smaller....no idea why...same size as my group window on my screen heheh...
