Removed the runes...
Added the guildname, and what the guildname means (latin)...

Added a Delegate MA (assist) ring...
The assist-ring includes a red outside ring for visibility...
As well as compass directions...
(Should make giving push commands easier during raids.)

Added simple Mark rings...
Used my own set of customizable peices to make a 20-peice set of target rings by color...
(took a little over an hour, but no modification to the text)
...not sure why the image loader isn't working...
