Default Target Ring

Ya, don't put it in default because the patcher will overwrite it every time you log on. If you want to use default UI with a custom ring you need to COPY default UI into a separate UI folder and then rename it. Then paste the custom ring files into that folder. Log on and load the custom folder and that should do it.

Nah,

All you need to do us make a custom folder with out any spaces like targetring in the everquest uifiles folder and put the custom ring files in there. Then in game type /load and select targetring. tada (might need to log out of EQ and log back in if it doesnt show up)!

There is no need to copy the default files from the default folder as it will cause you great headache when sony patches something on the interface.
