Filadan

I've looked all over and can't find anything about this and I guess this is the right section to post it in. I'm still quite new to making and editing my own UI peices so forgive me if this is something kind of basic.

I've made my own custom target ring which I like a lot and I'm now trying to make an assist one. It works fine and all, but is there any seeting I can have it so it will start outside of my normal target ring? Having only 1 account and no leader AAs myself makes this extreemly hard to test so I'd apreciat any help you can give me.
